Religious Education
There will be no Religious Education Classes on Sunday, October 19 in honor of the Annual Police and Fire Department Mass.  Classes resume on Sunday, October 26th at the 9:00am Mass.

 Mariandale Annual Fundraiser
On Sunday, October 19 at 3:00 pm there will be a performance, Haunted by God, the Life of Dorothy Day. Tickets are $40 for performance and refreshments.  Reservation required 914 941-4455 ext. 0

Lecture Series
Peer Pressure on Kids and Parents:  The lecture will be given on Thursday, October 23 at 7:30 PM at Sacred Heart Church, Dobbs Ferry, NY Oussani Hall. Please register by calling 479-1045 or email us at reled09@aol.com. All are welcome.

Annual Police and Fire Dept. Mass
On Sunday October 19, at the 9:00 AM Mass, we will be honoring the members of the Hastings on Hudson Police and Fire Departments who serve the Church of St. Matthew and the residents of our Village.

Saint Matthew Altar Society
The Altar Society will host a Pre- Halloween Bake Sale & 50/50 on the weekend of October 18/19. The society will be selling 50/50 chances before and after the masses in the vestibule of the church this weekend October 11/12.

Gifts from Bethlehem
Olivewood Handcrafted from the Holy Land, a traditional art, will be on sale in our church on Saturday, October 18th and Sunday, October 19th before and after all of the masses. The handicrafts trade evolved as a cultural tradition of Christians in the Holy Land for centuries.
